• Complete: your shipment metal has been sent; tracking number will be provided in an email and you can track your shipment online • Processing: your package is being boxed and is in queue for shipping • Pending: we are waiting for payment from you (note: if you had paid by PayPal or interact online, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be released into our bank account. Cheques take up to 30 days to clear. For faster shipping we encourage you to use bill payments or interac e-transfer.) • On hold: your order is not being shipped because you have asked for it to ship at a certain date or we are waiting for payment to clear.
When a customer submits an order online or has been submitted over the telephone, all prices are locked-in whether the client is buying from us or selling to us. It is not our intention to accept the risks involved when entering a transaction with a customer (whether buying or selling) and have the transaction cancelled. However, we realize rare situations occur and orders need to be cancelled. If such a situation occurs and you would like to cancel and/or offset your order, you must telephone our office during normal business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm EST Monday – Friday. All cancellations must pay for any market loss plus a $50.00 (CAD) cancellation fee. Cancellations may only be approved over the telephone, at which time you will be given a Cancellation Number. After telephoning our office and if a cancellation number is provided, all losses due to market movement (no premiums added, simply difference between market price on original order and the bid at time of cancellation), along with a $50 (CAD) cancellation fee will be paid for by the client via credit card or another payment within 24 hours. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Canadian Bullion Services Inc.
